No. You are welcome to arrange for someone to pick it up on your behalf, just be sure to provide them with your purchase receipt, name, and order number. To make sure you are satisfied with what you purchased, we suggest that you request that the person picking up give you a brief phone message with a photo of the cake.
Although we do not contain nuts when making our products, however several of our cake designs include nuts as a topping. Because of this, we can't promise that all of our cakes are nut-free.
Except for milk and cream, our cakes are free of meat, alcohol, and other animal ingredients. They are generally accepted by Christians, Muslims, Hindus, and Sikhs.
Potentially. To preserve freshness, we routinely create the cakes the same day. If you need to cancel an order for which a deposit has been paid, we might be able to give you a refund as long as the cake is still not prepared.
